POLICY OVERVIEW
Last updated: May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy" or "AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited behavior when using websites, applications, networks, hardware, and cloud services provided by NoBrand Cloud and its affiliates (collectively, "we", "us", or "NoBrand Cloud"). It applies to all visitors, registered users, and end users (collectively, "users").
By using or continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with this Policy at all times.
1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PROHIBITED BUSINESS TYPES
When using any NoBrand Cloud resources, users must strictly comply with the laws, regulations, and rules of their jurisdiction, the server's physical hosting location, and any countries involved in network transit.
The following business activities or behaviors are strictly prohibited, directly or indirectly:
- (a)Cross-border network proxy and bypass services: building, operating, or reselling any virtual private network (VPN), proxy service (Proxy), Shadowsocks/V2Ray/Trojan nodes, China-return acceleration services, or airport-style relay services.
- (b)Illegal intrusion: hacking, unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability probing, password cracking, or any action that compromises the security of a computer system, network, device, or account.
- (c)Telecom fraud and black-market activity: operating phishing sites, impersonating banks or official institutions, or unlawfully collecting personal information.
- (d)Adult, gambling, drugs, and dark-web content: storing, distributing, or transmitting obscene, pornographic, illicit gambling, drug-related, or otherwise socially harmful content.
- (e)Firewall circumvention: using technical means to evade national firewall restrictions or ISP/carrier traffic inspection and filtering.
2. SYSTEM AND NETWORK RESOURCE ABUSE
To protect all users' fair use rights and the overall health of the cloud platform, NoBrand Cloud applies strict controls against any form of resource abuse.
The following activities are considered resource abuse and may trigger automatic or manual suspension:
- (a)Hardware abuse: prolonged, sustained CPU saturation, disk IO exhaustion, or running large-scale distributed grid workloads on unauthorized or non-dedicated hardware nodes.
- (b)Bandwidth abuse: continuously saturating physical public bandwidth or using high-volume P2P, BT, PT, or similar peer-to-peer download services.
- (c)Automation and bot restrictions: TikTok automation, mass-control tools, account farming, traffic bots, ticket bots, or any malicious automation scripts.
- (d)Cryptocurrency mining: any form of virtual currency or cryptocurrency mining, traffic fraud, or game-server abuse using cloud resources.
3. ATTACKED ACCOUNT HANDLING
- (a)Users must ensure their services are resilient and must not allow their own business weaknesses or design to trigger large-scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- (b)If a user's service is under heavy attack and affects the NoBrand Cloud backbone or other users, NoBrand Cloud may unbind the public IP, isolate the account, freeze the service, or terminate service entirely without liability for resulting losses.
4. ENFORCEMENT
Once a violation of this AUP is identified, NoBrand Cloud may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:
- (a)Issue a warning and require remediation within a specified period.
- (b)Immediately suspend or interrupt access to part or all of the services.
- (c)Terminate all subscriptions and close the account. All balances, prepayments, and setup fees may be retained in accordance with applicable law and will not be refunded.
- (d)Report serious violations to law enforcement and provide all business logs and verified identity records.
